Q. Does it cost anything to receive faxes
A. No. We do not charge you anything for receipt or delivery of inbound faxes once you have a number from us.
Q. What sort of numbers do you supply
A. We have access to 100,000+ UK City numbers and non geographic 0845 numbers. We do not use premium, 0870, 0844 or 0871 numbers.
Q. How long does it take to set up a number
A. Once you've bought a number from us, we'll have it automatically provisioned on our platform within 15 minutes no matter what time of day or night
Q. Can anyone send me a fax
A. Yes. There is nothing special about our numbers, they can all be dialled from worldwide.
Q. How much does it cost
A. It costs £2 + VAT for a fax number from us. That's it. No hidden charges.

Fax to email is our inbound fax service, which allows you to receive faxes from other people via email. We give you your own business fax number, or multiple numbers if needed. You tell us where to send faxes that arrive on that number to. When a fax comes in to your number, we convert it to an Adobe PDF document, add it as an attachment to an email and send it through to you.
